Why is Goldtotem different from other e-currency
exchangers?
The Goldtotem tool is provided and managed by the company Syllage Inc. operating
legally from Canada. On one hand, every user of this tool profits from a real
legal protection. On the other hand, Syllage Inc. applies a strict compliance
regime in order to avoid any remittance of fraudulent funds. Syllage
Inc. warranties a high level of privacy and doesn't communicate any personal
information or transaction to a third party, except in the cases detailled in
our compliance
regime.
Why do you deal only with 4 e-currencies?
We deal with e-gold because this e-currency is the oldest and the
most spread one used worldwide. After analysing the security of every e-currency,
we decided to provide exchange services to/from/between 1mdc and Pecunix
too. E-silver is the last one added to the Goldtotem tool for the potential rising

What are the requirements to use the Goldtotem tool?
You have to complete every field with a *
displayed along your transaction process. You don't need to open an account.
Our unique requirement is to provide us real and correct contact information,
and for any transaction, you have to fulfill our requirements.
The Goldtotem tool is fast and secure.
What is the minimum amount of e-currency to
buy, sell or exchange?
The minimum to buy or sell e-gold, e-silver, 1mdc and Pecunix
is 100 USD/CAD/EURO. The minimum to do exchanges between e-gold, e-silver and
Pecunix is 100 USD/CAD/EURO.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The three methods for buying or selling e-currencies via
your Goldtotem tool are the Cash deposit, AccèsD and Bank Wire.
Can I do a purchase of e-currency by credit
card?
We don't accept the purchases by credit cards or competing payment
services because of their high level of fees and their long delays of payment.
Are my transactions secure through the Goldtotem
tool?
Goldtotem.com uses 256-bit encryption once you have started any transaction
(buy, sell and exchange). This means that any information exchanged
between our server and you is safe from being viewed by a third party. Only
the old versions of web browsers do not support this high encryption. You can
recognize an encrypted connection thanks to a little lock displayed in the status
bar at the bottom of your browser window.
How long do you need to process my transaction?
To buy e-currencies, we fund your e-currency account within 12 working hours
after receiving your payment in one of our bank accounts. To sell e-currencies,
you will receive your money within 2-4 working days depending on the methods
of payment you choose.
Can I cancel a transaction?
We show ourselves flexible for all cancellation requests unless
the Goldtotem's transfers are engaged. We apply no cancellation fees, but
the fees depending on a third party (such as the e-currency providers or
the financial institutions) will be on your charge.
